Beyoncé for W Magazine July 2011 in Fall 2011 Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Gucci And More

Beyoncé is on a complete roll for July. She is on the cover of too many high-fashion magazines to count, one of them being W Magazine.

On the cover, she wears a white silk sheer top and high-waisted button-front shorts from Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2011 collection, as seen on Carmen Kass. For beauty, she rocks a smoky eye and a blush pink lip. The look is absolutely brilliant and that is only the first of many fabulous ensembles.

Beyoncé also wears pieces from Givenchy, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Nina Ricci, Solange Azagury-Partridge and much more. Like Emma Watson, she is truly highlighting the best looks from Fall 2011 and getting us all anxious for the season to arrive. I think total opulence is the best way to describe the fashion spread.

Her highly-anticipated album, 4 debuts in a little under a week and I cannot wait to hear it. The CD has already leaked, but I am a big proponent of not buying into the hype. I think it is always best to let the madness cool down before you make an opinion on anything.

In the interview, Beyoncé discusses everything from her creative process to going in a totally new direction with her new album. Here is an excerpt from the piece.

“Her voice has more rasp, more raunch, but there’s also an instant-classic power ballad that swells with female empowerment. ‘The fans have named the album 4,’ Beyoncé explained. ‘And four is my favorite number. It’s an important number in my life: the date of my birthday, my mom’s birthday, my husband’s birthday, the day I got married. Barack Obama is the 44th president, and I performed ‘At Last’ by Etta James at his inauguration.”
