Now that The Rachel Zoe Project is back on Bravo, I feel like I can go about my Fashion Week with pure joy. If you thought that becoming a mom was going to stop her in the slightest, think again. Rachel and her husband Rodger, have just signed on to be the official co-hosts for Veuve Clicquot’s Polo Classic in Los Angeles.
Rachel and Rodger will be hosting along with Veuve Clicquot’s President, Vanessa Kay, as well as with internationally-known polo player, Nacho Figueras and his wife Delfina Blaquier. This is the second annual Polo Classic in LA and the event will be full of the best fashion and loads of champagne. Sounds perfect right?
Guests are encouraged to wear fashions from the 1920’s and 1930’s, when polo had its heyday. Fascinators are high atop the list of accessories and I have been wanting to see more ever since Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge were married earlier this year. I have a very good feeling that Rachel might go for something in the ballpark of vintage Chanel. She and Rodger are definitely going to bring a great style element to the already very chic event.
The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Los Angeles will take place on October 9th at Will Rogers State Park. To purchase tickets and see the schedule of events, visit www.vcseason.com/lapolo. Get your 20’s style fashions ready!
