Jessica Chastain in Oscar de la Renta Fall 2011 at The Help Premiere in Beverly Hills Plus Ways You Can Wear Plum For Fall

The Help is the book I am currently reading and I cannot be happier that actress Jessica Chastain stars in the film. I think she is an absolute beauty and after seeing Tree of Life some months ago, I have been waiting to see her again on the big screen as well as on the red carpet.

The ravishing redhead was seen at the Beverly Hills premiere of “The Help”. She wore a strapless plum silk chiffon gown with a sweetheart neckline from Oscar de la Renta’s Fall 2011 collection. She gave the ensemble an unexpected pop of color with turquoise earrings that really took the look to a whole new level. Such a beautiful combination which immediately makes me want to run and buy as many plum pieces as I can find to match with my array of turquoise jewelry.

Here are some fun ways to try plum for Fall as inspired by Jessica’s look:

I just adorned my nails with Essie’s “Case Study”: a brilliant nude. Next up, I am going to try Dior’s Vernis Nail Lacquer in Smoking Plum ($22) which will be a perfect beauty complement to all of my Fall ensembles. Salvatore Ferragamo makes some of the most classic handbags in the industry, echoing the quality and simplicity inherent to the brand. The New Icona Safari Tote ($850) is the essential roomy tote for the season. I love an elegant dress that you can wear in a million different ways and the newest dress on my list that fits the bill is Alice + Olivia’s Casey Dolman Sleeve Dress ($297).
