Rachel Bilson in Derek Lam for eBay’s Boho Dress And The Best Ways To Do Boho Chic For Spring

Derek Lam is one of fashion’s hottest designers and his new exclusive collection for eBay is the talk of the industry. His aim was to design a collection of classic dresses that could fit any woman’s style. The pieces are perfectly polished with timeless silhouettes and the kind of sophistication that is easy yet totally feminine.

The idea behind Derek’s eBay collection was fashion-forward, having allowed his customers and fans worldwide to vote on the pieces selected. That kind of interaction is rare, even in a day and age when technology is king.

At the eBay Collection Viewing Party at Derek Lam’s Crosby Street store in New York City, Rachel Bilson attended in the collection’s Boho Dress. She accessorized with a Buffalo Evie Clutch ($890) from his main line and a Medium Spike Tribal Necklace from Pamela Love ($700). The ensemble was perfect on her and totally channeled the season’s extremely popular boho chic look.

I have always been a lover of anything hippie-related and bohemian-styled pieces are so easy and feminine. Here are my favorite ways to do boho chic for Spring.

There is no better way to cure a bad hair day than with a headscarf and Club Monaco’s Silk Head Scarf ($39) is a perfect low-cost solution. Long hemlines are on-trend for the season and Torn by Ronny Kobo’s Riley Long Skirt ($176) is the best way to achieve them in an eye-catching print. You never have to convince me of buying anything from Matthew Williamson. His Raffia Leather Clutch ($1695) is stunning and perfect for nights out or cocktail events. Loads of bangles always give a touch of boho to any ensemble so start Summer off in bohemian style with By Malene Birger’s Baksin Bangle Set ($165).

Derek Lam for Ebay’s Boho Dress retails for $295. Visit www.ebay.com for more information.
