We all know that the fashion and art worlds are inextricably linked so often the “It” girls of one are really the hottest faces in both. Rachael Barrett is a force on the art scene and is slowly picking up steam as one of fashion’s favorites, spending her time in London, but naturally jetsetting all around the world.
Barrett is the founder of Three Sixty which is an art consulting firm working with artists, curators and private collectors to increase visibility, foster opportunities and so much more. She honed her craft at Colgate University and Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London and just some of her amazingly impressive experience includes work with the Gagosian Gallery, Art Moscow and the Royal Academy of Arts. Recently, the Evening Standard named her as one of the most influential people in London, so the world is starting to take notice.
She was seen at a cocktail party celebrating Vital Voices at Diane von Furstenberg’s London flagship boutique. Barrett looked Spring-perfect in an orange open-front jacket, yellow tube top and white wide-leg trousers. Just a really chic and relaxed look that takes on the season’s colorblocking trend.
Orange has always been one of my favorite colors. Its bright hue is magnetic and adds a pop of color to any ensemble. Take a cue from Rachael Barrett and check out my most beloved orange accessories for Spring.
Exotics are always in and KARA by Kara Ross’ Lizard-Inlay Cuff ($315) is the best piece to add to your wardrobe for the season. Forever21’s Date Night Leatherette Bag ($20.80) is a super chic way to get a much-needed crossbody bag for Spring. Loeffler Randall has some of the hottest shoes around and the Cutout Suede Wedge Sandals ($495) are total must-haves.
