Hilary Duff’s new TV series, Younger, is premiering at the end of this month on TV Land and I’m quite excited about it! Darren Star of Sex and the City and Melrose Place fame is producing the show, while Patricia Field is the costume consultant. To promote it, Hilary is the April 2015 cover girl for Cosmopolitan in black leather, barely-there cutoffs, crop tops, and grommets.
