A week after the release of Reformation x Spring & Clifton Resort 2012, the brand has launched its newest collaboration with Curtis Kulig of Love Me: the LOVE Me Kit. The tagline: Saving the Earth Through Sex. Pretty interesting and very clever.
Yael Aflalo (Reformation founder) and Curtis Kulig are not only longtime friends, but also past lovers, making their dynamic exciting, to say the least. The theme behind the collaboration is all about recycling: Reformation’s repurposed fashions and Aflalo and Kulig’s recycled relationship. Both wanted to create the world’s first sex kit to promote sustainability and it seems that they have succeeded.
The LOVE ME Kit was created with the intention of reuse and each one comes in a Love Me branded bag, crafted from surplus materials in the Reformation studio in Los Angeles.
Along with the kit, Reformation will be selling a six-piece capsule collection of custom Love Me silk fabric loungewear retailing for $55 – $235.
The LOVE ME Kit retails for $195. Visit www.thereformation.com to purchase.
