Get Solange Knowles’ Fall 2011 Alessandra Rich Pearl Embellished Silk Crepe de Chine Gown, Worn at Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research Angel Ball in New York City

White gowns are definitely in for Fall. From Beyoncé to Natalia Vodianova, fashion’s hottest celebrities and “It” girls are capturing the trend, making bold statements on the red carpet.

Solange Knowles is the latest style maven to make a white gown her own. She was seen at Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research Angel Ball in New York City. She chose a Pearl Embellished Silk Crepe de Chine Gown from Alessandra Rich’s Fall 2011 collection. Completely flawless and I love that she opted for a fresh face, really showcasing her natural beauty.

I last featured one of Alessandra Rich’s designs last month when Rosario Dawson wore her Lace and Pleated Jersey Twill Gown from the Fall 2011 collection, like Solange’s gown. She really is doing something special in the world of fashion, creating pieces that are original and that truly make women look their best. So much of her talent is shown in the details she chooses, which on Solange’s gown are glass pearls. Her designs have a strong sense of old Hollywood glamour, but are simultaneously modern. I am excited each time I see a new celebrity wearing her pieces and I can honestly say that I haven’t been disappointed yet.

Alessandra Rich’s Pearl Embellished Silk Crepe de Chine Gown retails for $3090. Visit www.net-a-porter.com to purchase and www.alessandrarich.com for more information. See the dress on the runway below.
