New York City is the home of black and grey. Even in summer, the fashion set opts for neutral tones.
Though I love myself some black, I’ve always been a fan of bright eye-popping hues. In the office, a running tally of how many times I show up with a colorful ensemble is being kept and I can proudly say that this season, I have not faltered once.
Seeing this image of stylist Brad Goreski at Spring 2012 Men’s Fashion Week in Milan inspires me to always go bright. Even if it is not “in”, who cares? Vibrant colors make you feel good and you will always stand out in the crowd, never having to pose in the shadow of someone else.
Though today I am wearing leopard print, I think I might go for orange tomorrow and let Brad be my style muse.
