The 2011 Met Gala festivities are underway and first up is Amanda Brooks, Barney’s Vice President of Women’s Fashion. She is a true fashion chameleon and her newest look is a complete departure from the form-fitting Carven dress I featured her in previously.
For her first look of the night, she chose a sleeveless black and white draped dress with a floral print from Giambattista Valli’s Fall 2011 collection. She accessorized with bracelets from Fenton and 7″ Calvin Klein sandals. I love the look and it is a complete testament to her high fashion sensibility and willingness to take risks when it comes to her style.
