Despite the wealth of runway collections, street style snaps, blogs and magazines I read daily, sometimes I still don’t know what to wear. It makes it even more difficult when I have a special occasion and need to go for a specific look, but cannot quite figure out how to achieve it. More often than not, it is a stressful feeling and I usually head to the nearest retail store or boutique to pick up something new instead of scouring my closet and armoire for ways to spin what I already have.
I am ecstatic that now I no longer have to worry about outfit ideas because the stylish women behind WhoWhatWear have now come out with their new book, What to Wear, Where. It has the solution to every sartorial dilemma with hundreds of possible ensembles and tons of inspiring photographs. Style maven Nicole Richie writes the foreword for the handbook and we all know how much she values fashion and looking great for every occasion.
Over 50 occasions are given in alphabetic order including graduation, job interviews, running errands, stormy days, weddings and so much more. WhoWhatWear founders Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power then model what they would wear for each circumstance as well as giving fashion don’ts.
Kerr and Power are going on a book tour and will be stopping in New York City. Below are the details.
