I have more than a few thoughts on the winners and performers at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards and one of the only artists who impressed me was Carrie Underwood. She had a stunning performance and an even more stunning look on the red carpet.
For the night, she wore a strapless rose and silver tulle gown from Oscar de la Renta’s Fall 2012 collection and accessorized with a jeweled Cara clutch from the brand. Flawless!
