I last featured Nicole Richie back in November and she intends to keep her spot high atop the Best Dressed List for 2012. She was spotted at the 2012 Winter TCA Tour in Pasadena, promoting the NBC Show “Fashion Star”. Nicole is going to be a mentor for the competition series (Project Runway-inspired I am assuming).
Well naturally she had to show her fashion prowess and she rocked a crystal-embellished gown from Chloé’s Resort 2012 collection with emerald green pumps. Absolutely flawless and everything from her hair to her shoes is in total Chloé fashion. If this is what we have to look forward to on the show, I will be tuned in for sure.
