Though a London girl at heart and by nature, Estelle now calls New York City her home. She has transferred her spunky personality and fun, bright style to the mean streets of the Big Apple and we could not be more happy to have her.

What-to-wear wisdom: “I hate when people stick to a style because they’ve been told what their image is and doesn’t work for their body,” says the British-born Brooklynite, who swears by core training workouts. “Dress for your body type and don’t worry about trends.”

In the interview, Estelle names Alice + Olivia as one of her favorite brands. She showed that love at the US Weekly 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers Party by wearing a Chloe Maxi Dress from the brand. Estelle swapped out the skinny belt that came with the dress for a larger statement piece in black. She is totally on-trend with this look and I love that maxi dresses this season can really be glammed up with the right hair, makeup and accessories to double as gowns.
