I have had more than a few comments about Keri Hilson’s style this year, but credit must be given when credit is due and her last two looks lead me to think that she is well on her way to being featured in the Best Dressed ranks.
She was seen at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in a chartreuse mini dress from Rachel Roy, equipped with a high neckline, sheer bell sleeves and a green belt.
