Julia Sarr-Jamois for Tibi Spring 2012 and in the Brand’s Shearling Biker Jacket
I am so excited that Julia Sarr-Jamois will be the face of Tibi’s Spring 2012 advertising campaign. I think she is so gorgeous and her look is so unique. Not to mention, it is wonderful to see a woman of color as the face of one of the industry’s most popular brands.
Blogger Elin Kling styled the campaign along with Tibi designer and founder Amy Smilovic and snapped some behind the scenes pics. Julia is rocking her signature larger-than-life afro and wearing a slew of looks from the collection including a colorblock maxi dress with a cutout back, a seafoam green pleated halter dress, black mesh bermuda shorts and so much more.
Tibi also snapped her in the brand’s Shearling Biker Jacket (on sale for $1015) which is a must-have for Fall. Julia paired it with boyfriend jeans and loafers, but it will also look great over a LBD or with skinnies and lace-up booties.
