Garance Doré Shoots Petit Bateau’s Classic T-Shirt in New York City
Nothing is more fashionable nor more French than the perfect t-shirt. Petit Bateau has been designing them since 1893, clearly indicating the timelessness of the style.
The French heritage brand tapped street style photographer Garance Doré to shoot its classic v-neck t-shirt on some very stylish women in New York City (one being Laurel Pantin, Teen Vogue’s Beauty Blogger). The fashionistas wear the shirt in a multitude of ways and in the season’s hottest colors (en français naturally): touareg, discret (discrete), vertu (virtue), écume (foam), and pastel.
It is paired with a fedora and nautical-inspired striped shorts, a raffia tote, sunnies and a delicate lip, a yellow anorak, a cardigan and much more. All of the ensembles are completely modern and perfect for Spring and Summer anywhere, whether it be the Big Apple or the City of Light. I love the photo shoot and cannot wait to get my hands on one of the t-shirt’s newest hues.
Petit Bateau’s new classic v-neck t-shirt shades will be available in their boutiques on July 6th. Visit www.petit-bateau.us for more information and see more images from the shoot below. See the video on Youtube here.
